Foram criados os seguintes ficheiros: matrizes de arquivo (MASTER) em formato TIFF com duas páginas por ficheiro mais as miras técnicas para controlo de cor e de diferença entre cinzas; página PDF (PAGEPDF) com um ficheiro por cada duas páginas em formato PDF/A-1b com 200 PPI; ficheiro PDF/A-1b com todas as páginas do documento com 200 PPI e ficheiro METS, por cada livro, com a meta-informação descritiva, em Encoded Archival Description (EAD), e com a meta-informação técnica apresentada em esquema NISOIMG (MIX).
